How to Commission a Work

Commissioning new music can be a wonderful experience and adds great meaning to any occasion. I'd be happy to accommodate your request to write a piece. Consider a commissioned piece of music for:

• Choir, orchestra, vocal or piano solo, or other medium.

• A special occasion (wedding, celebration, building dedication, anniversary)

Send an e-mail to michael@michaelsbryson.com describing the project. We will then discuss more details and costs involved with the proposal.

Some past commissions include:

Mikado-mas, or a Seasonal Festive Fuss - for soprano, tenor, violin, oboe, and piano. Written for the Tri-City Christian Academy music faculty for performance on the annual Christmas concert.

Songs of the Comforter for baritone, violoncello, and piano. Written for Andy Merkle's graduate voice recital.

Hand in Hand for vocal solo and keyboard. Written for Scott and Leah Ashby's wedding.
